Summary: Solid Bike For High Resistance 2008-09-03
Comment: Assembly for the bike took only 30 minutes and the instructions were straight forward. The bike is quiet, relatively sturdy, and the seat is only mildly uncomfortable. My only surprise was the difficulty in pedaling. I am used to biking at my gym and usually cranked up the resistance level to an 8 out of 10 and would bike for an hour at 15mph; but to get the same workout on the Tempo 920B, I have to set the resistance at 2 out of 10 because the higher levels of resistance were too difficult. This is great for me but if you're looking for some easier pedaling, I'd recommend looking at a different bike.

Summary: Not Worth the Delivery Hassle 2008-04-28
Comment: WARNING: The delivery company used to send the bike can only deliver in-person, M-F, with a delivery window of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Seriously, there's no way around it. Once the bike arrives to their delivery facility, they call you to arrange a drop off. You must be there in person to receive the 88 pound package (which they will not walk up your stairs if you live in an apt, but make you sign for it at the landing, leaving you stranded and wondering who you can call to help you haul it up the stairs). They give you a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm window for the delivery. Yes, you must be home for all 8 hours, as they cannot give you a narrower window. They don't deliver on weekends or after work hours, so if you have a job/life, you must arrange time off of your job/life just to receive this package.
This was such a miserable experience for me, and I hope this review helps to ward off other potential buyers from this seller. I very much regret this purchase. GET THE BIKE ELSEWHERE!

Summary: Much better than sitting on the couch! 2008-01-17
Comment: It's raining and snowy outside my window right now, so I wouldn't be getting much exercise today if not for my new stationary bike. I really need to stay fit over the winter and don't like riding my bicycle in cold or wet weather, so I decided to get an exercise bike. I ordered the Tempo bike because my sister's roommate has this one and recommended it. I wasn't originally planning to spend more than $300 but I'm glad I did. This one feels really sturdy and runs smooth. There are 6 different workout programs, so I can be sure of getting a good workout. The seat is comfortable and the display screen is easy to read. I now sit and watch TV while cycling instead of vegetating on the couch!

Summary: LOST 3LBS AND COUNTING!!!!!! 2008-01-17
Comment: i was a bit skeptical of buying this peice of exercise equipment because of the fact that i had never heard of this brand, Tempo. the bike arrived by a freight company who left the box inside my front door but it was pretty easy to move to where i needed to set it up. assembly only took me about 25 minutes and since i'm mechanically challenged i was pretty excited about this. i ended up using the bike that first day and the console made it very easy to get started exercising. i've used the bike almost every day since i got it, which was about 3 weeks ago. i've lost 3 lbs already!!!!! i couldn't be happier!
