This is a great indoor cycle. I bought it in the hopes of committing to my new year resolution.
ASSEMBLY: I was able to put this bike together within 15 minutes. The main body of the bike comes assembled already (wheel, tension assembly, etc). All you have to do is attach the seat, two bars at the front and rear, the handle bars and the pedals. A helpful tip: if after assembling the bike, it is unstable, you have either tightened one bolt too much or others too little.
EASE OF USE: It's just like riding a bike! The pedals straps help keep you on the bike for those intense workouts. The tension adjustment seems to provide a great range for a relaxed or vigorous workout.
COMFORT: Ok, the seat is AWFUL. It's literally a pain in the butt. If that's the only drawback for the price, I can live with it. It's an okay bike, considering it's so inexpensive. The tension works well and the wheel creates a wonderful fan-like breeze that is nice. But it's difficult to adjust, although if it's just one person using it, you won't adjust the seat height and handlebar height all that often. It's not the best on the market but for what you'll pay for it, it's not that bad. Warning: The left pedal has a reverse thread, so try turning it the other way to tighten it.

UPDATE: I contacted the company about the left pedal and seat and they fixed it immediately. Very good value and service for the price
"I received and tried to assemble this bike. Looks fine and I hope not to return it. First I had to hammer down the brackets in back stand because they were to bent and scratched for the screws to fit in (covering the metal with a towel, not toscratch the paint)...now the measurement for the left pedal is too large so I am hoping that at home depot I can fix it or buy the tool to make it fit into the pedal bar. If this cannot be done, I may have to return the bike. Major headache. Good price; poor execution. If the pedal can fit eventually, construction is ok. No computer, no calories, nothing...description is misleading. hope I can fix it!"
