The HRC function--which works via a Polar chest strap or grip pulse--helps you get the most from every pedal rotation, every day.

The P-RB is also equipped with a user-friendly console that makes it easy to track your workout progress, with readouts for time, rpm, heart rate, calories, watts, distance, speed, METs level, graphic profile, and a 1/4-mile motivational track display.
