The Stamina CPS 9190 Indoor Cycle exercise bike gives your home exercise cycling the feel of a real road bike. The weighted flywheel builds speed like an outdoor bike to give you the feel of real cycling. The stronger steel construction lets you stand up and pedal hard like you are riding uphill or just pedaling all out with the solid support of the steady, rock solid base. Only problem, if you are an avid spinner the bike does not come with clip in pedals. Hopefully I can remove mine from an old bike. Introduction ------------ Let me preface this review by saying that by the date of this review, I have been involved in health & fitness & nutrition for over 15 years now. I've maintained a professional gym membership for that long as well, so I'm very accustomed generations of professional equipment use. I know a quality product when I see it. I labored over the decision of my home cardiovascular equipment and narrowed it down to either a treadmill, elliptical, and exercise bike. I finally decided on an exercise bike for several reasons: affordability, cardiovascular exercise quality, low impact, no electronic components.
