Small and QUIET,

I have tried various fitness products over the years, and they all wind up in the thrift store. This one, however, I actually use, and my usage increases every day. The only reason I can think of is that it is so quiet. I always hated the noise made by most walkers, bikes, etc. This device is very simple, but effective. It is also small and relatively light (although it is certainly sturdy). So it fits in anywhere. The only negative is that there is no good place to prop up a book while you are walking. I can't imagine why the makers of these machines don't make that a priority. I would give it 5 stars in a minute if it had that.

We love this "Twist & Step Trainer" because its lightweight, and fits in a small space. Its sturdy, and gives a good workout. Also, its quiet, so the one using it doesn't drive the rest of the family crazy. The monitor is good too--we like keeping track of how many steps we take as well as # of minutes. It wasn't hard to assemble either, and was reasonably priced. All in all, we're very happy we bought it!

This equipment is great, especially for the price. It is very sturdy and really gives you a workout. I am extremely satisfied with it.
