Summary: Sunny Fitness Energizer 2008-06-04
Comment: This item arrived with no assembly directions which made it interesting, though not very difficult, to figure out. Also there are no instructions about programming or suggested speeds. The only "written" directions are a sheet of pictures showing various body positions with the machine & some of those would be - well - challenging to say the least.
This machine certainly does vibrate at 9 different speeds. It also has 3 programs that can be set on auto mode as well as 3 different progam lengths. Will it increase my endurance, etc? - We'll just have to wait & see.

Summary: good product for the price 2007-10-06
Comment: I paid only $200 for the product so my expectations were not too high. I wanted to try a vibration exercise machine before going high end. This product is underpowered but was as good or better than expected.
