The 200 CSX is equipped with ProForm's GameFit technology, which includes two interactive video games designed to liven up your exercise routine. The harder you work when playing Fat Blocker or Calorie Destroyer, the easier the games become. There's no better incentive to stay fit. As an alternative, you can plug your iPod or MP3 player into the Interplay music port and play your own music through the built-in sound system. No more putting up with the gym's unfortunate soundtrack, as you can play your own.

Cyclists aren't confined to playing the GameFit games to get fit. The 200 CSX--which features an adjustable racing handlebar--comes with 16 preset workouts and 12 levels of digital resistance. Simply choose between aerobic, weight loss, or performance categories and you'll be on your way to success. The bike is also iFit compatible, so users who prefer to train on a schedule can stay motivated. Available in multiple workout categories, the iFit cards (sold separately) plug into your bike's SD card slot to help you lose weight, feel great, and improve performance in just eight weeks. Each card--which is designed by a certified personal trainer--automatically adjusts the resistance while the voice of a personal trainer takes you through the workout.

Other features include an EKG grip pulse heart rate monitor; adjustable handlebars and an adjustable seat; and a capacity of 250 pounds. The 200 CSX upright bike carries a five-year warranty on the frame and a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.

Its just like a bike you would find in a real gym... and that is what I wanted, and putting it together was simple.

I like the fact that the handle bars can tilt down like a 10 speed and all you have to do is press a button on the panel to change gears! The panel has some nice selections for different type of workouts, and you can also can hook up a mp3 to this to hear some music.

The seat is a little hard on you, but maybe its because I haven't broke it in yet. The peddling is smooth and the bike automatically changes gears as you ride; just like the gym bikes.

It fits nicely in my master bedroom, and that is where you need to burn calories. The bike is a dark color so it goes nicely with things that are black; like your TV and AMP equipment, or Desk, and its not that noticable. Luckily, I have a wall mounted flat screen because now all I have to do is angle the TV towards my bike like they do at the gyms.
