Although I did not buy the bike, I've had the unfortunate opportunity to get extensive exposure to it in the Holmes Place club in Chicago. They got rid of our old spin bikes, probably to move to a better club, and brought in Johnny G spinners that look pretty much like this. They are awful. The screw holding the forward/backward seat slider is merely that- a screw that digs into the metal. With minimal jarring (as in riding), it comes loose, flying backward as you are trying to ride. Not fun, and certainly not safe. Then there is the bizarre (i.e. cheap) way the up/down posts are secured on both the seat and the handlebars. It's not like Lemond where it clamps tightly using a 90 degree "V" bracket. No, instead it's a screw that goes into a post (that's right, you can't select the exact height, you have to ballpark it with the notches Johnny-boy laid in there for you) and again- it's just metal on flat metal, so with minimal jarring they are loose and shaking in no time.
