I have had this bike for about two months. The first bike which was shipped to me was damaged. The post hole for the seat was bent as was a part of the base. I had to ship it back, which was a hassle, especially since the box it arrived in was damaged and the styrofoam was completely shattered. There were no problems with the replacement bike that was sent. The second bike was sent via a freight carrier and I assume it was put on a pallet. I would highly recommend finding out how the bike will be shipped upfront. The shipping box was not damaged like the first. The bike has a solid and smooth ride, and it allows me to get a great workout. I would recommend the bike. I bought it through Amazon from Ifitnessdirect. I contacted Amazon initially with my complaint regarding the first bike. They forwarded the complaint to Ifitnessdirect. From there, Ifitnessdirect handled the return process to my satisfaction.
