This product arrived with a very large chunk of plastic broken out of the base. Although it is cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the bike, it is still greatly upsetting having spent so much on this item. The aggravation to send it back, taking it apart again, etc. makes it not worth it, but I'm not happy about this. I would think it should have been inspected before it was sent out. Maybe it was and that is why it is being sold on here. Either way, it is not a good thing, also easy for a child to cut their finger on, so some ugly tape is now in order. Other than that, I like the bike, it's function and performance, the quality. I am 5 ft 3 inches, with short legs and no one shorter than that could possibly use this bike. I barely reach the peddles. I do need to use a pillow on the seat as it's not very comfortable.
