Summary: Shop Around For A Better Price! 2008-07-09
Comment: Target had this bike for $98! With shipping, I paid a total of $135.74.
Despite positive reviews, I was concerned about the sturdiness of this bike, but turns out that my fears were unfounded. This bike is solidly built. The movement is smooth. The seat is the perfect height for me (and my legs are short - a 29.5" inseam) And the best part is that I didn't have to assemble it! I have to agree with other reviewers about the uncomfortable seat, but that can be easily remedied. The only other thing is that the computer readout does not have a storage function, so if you're tracking time, distance, speed or calories burned - make a note of them before you get off the bike because it resets to zero. I'd recommend this bike to anyone wanting to start an exercise program.

Comment: Easy to assemble. Well made. Strong bike--handles husband's weight which is close to 250 pounds. Easy to read the read-out as you exercise. Seat hurts your bumm after 15 minutes, so we break our 30 minute riding time into two 15 minutes segments. Great value for the money!!

Comment: This bike is worth the money. I have had it about three weeks and on the days I just want to sweat but not go out I use this. It was easy to set up and small enough to keep in the tool shed. I seems durable but at the price if it lasts a year I got my money out of it.

Comment: Marcy PL-43211 This is a high quality well priced exercise bike for the price. I don't live near any big box stores and finding this bike, that included free shipping, saved me a trip off the hill and a half tank of gas.
After searching manufacturer and prices, I found this bike on Amazon. The other reviews clued me into the fact that this was a good bike for the buck! Those that wrote that they had problems with the cable assembly, just weren't paying close enough attention to the directions. It was really quite sinple.
Easy assembly and well written instructions had this bike up and running in less than 1/2 hour. The seat and handle bar adjustments are good for a sole user, but can be adjusted without too much effort if there is a second rider in your household.
I purchased mine to rebuild strength in my knee after surgery. The varible tension settings are easy to use and adjust, and this bike allows for a better workout along with quiet operation and a smooth ride.
I'd buy another in a heartbeat, but I think that this one will last for years!
