Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Marcy Club Revolution Cycle (Sports)
I reluctantly bought this bike cuz the original bike I was gonna purchase had jumped in price $100 overnight. I was going to return it, which Amazon was great about, but the box was damaged on delivery and could not easily find a replacement box. So I decided to keep it.
The bike does not fill well to its base. Some other parts also don't fit securely together, the paint job is terrible, the rubber on the handle bars was split about an inch long(on arrival) and the bike seat I could not get to tighten enough. I almost fell off when I tried to test it. I ordered a new seat, so I can at least ride it now. The flywheel is decent and quiet, but the bike feels unsturdy and is very poorly made. What did I expect for the price? at least to arrive free from defects! I would not bother. Spend a little more and get something much better! This bike sucks!

This stationary bike is great. It is a spinning type bicycle, who's motions most resemble those of a fixed gear bicycle.
The flywheel is fixed to the pedals, so as you build momentum then try to 'coast' your feet are forced to try and keep up, this is a little harder on the knees, but great for circulation and training. It's motion is much more similar to riding a real bicycle than magnetic resistance or fan/air resistance models.
The pedals are cages you might see on a mountain bike. They are standard threads, and I intend on replacing mine with SPD clips but there is no rush as the cages work fine.
It comes nearly assembled. You just have to bolt on a few pieces, no chain work. It comes with the tools to finish the assembly, too To move the assembled bike, posh down on the handle bars and the bike will balance nicely on it's moving wheels. If you have a large closet (in my case an unused hallway) you can very quickly roll it in and out of storage...Read more

This product isn't worth your time. I purchased this product then returned it because the pedal fell off. The damage occurred during my first ride. I assumed that I just got the one bad apple in the bunch; so, I exchanged the damaged bike for another. However, during the first ride on the new bike; I could tell that the pedal was starting loosen again. As such, don't waste your time or money on this product.
