Kettler Race Indoor Training Bike

This Kettler® trainer is the latest synthesis of an outdoor road bike and an indoor trainer. It's engineered with an 18-kg flywheel and features a training computer with a permanent display of 8 functions.

A synthesis of an outdoor road cycle and an indoor training bike, the Kettler Race is designed for people who take their cycling seriously. The Race is equipped with a 39-pound weighted flywheel that builds speed just like an outdoor bike, along with a friction-free magnetic braking system that produces extremely high resistance. As a result, you can challenge yourself at every turn, whether you're trying to simulate a fast time trial or a tough hill climb. The LCD training computer, meanwhile, makes it easy to track your time, speed, distance, and more. And to put you in the proper training position, the Race includes vertically and horizontally adjustable triathlon handlebars. You can also adjust the handlebars to put you in an upright, relaxed seat position.

Other features include combi-clip SPD pedals, an adjustable racing saddle, an optical and acoustical alarm that goes off when you reach your upper pulse limit, a target-zone training function, a silent grooved belt drive with a protective coating, an independent battery-powered motor, and transport wheels for easy portability.
