I have used various balls in the past. This ball stays in place and doesn't roll when putting weight on it. It also give good resistance when being lifted. It is also made with quality.

This is supposed to be a 65cm ball (according to the package). The inside directions state that you must pump up the ball to 80 inches around the middle (I don't get the cm/inch conversion but I'm guessing JM is dealing with pressure, who knows).

BUT...we can't get this thing inflated beyond 68 inches--a good 12 inches less than her inserted instructions say. So it's not firm when you sit on it, since it clearly needs that extra 12 inches. But now matter how tight we seal the pump around the lip, it just won't expand beyond 68. So it's like sitting on a flat-bottomed ball. Hunk of junk!! I never thought I would be donating money to Amazon; I was so sure this was a reliable ball that I waited to open it and inflate it just one day outside of the return window. So now it goes in the trash.

I ordered the three sizes of the Jillian Michaels Stayballs (55, 65 and 75 cm) and am pleasantly blown out of the water by all three. When I pulled them out of the package, I enjoyed the texture of the material used to make them and was amazed inflating them, seeing how well the material stretched to full capacity. Properly inflated, they have great flexibility and the sand really does help with stability. I'm happy with the price I paid for such a wonderful product that I actually look forward to using.
