Designed for workout and cycling enthusiasts looking for a bad weather alternative to outdoor road rides, the Diamondback 910Ic indoor cycle trainer is the first indoor cycle to put computer-controlled resistance at your fingertips.

The 910Ic's LCD console tracks your time, distance, calories, heart rate, and more. |
The heavy-duty, professional-grade machine offers 32 resistance levels and 18 workout programs, including 12 presets and four heart-rate-controlled programs that emulate riding in real-world conditions. These motivating, challenging workouts offer such benefits as preprogrammed riding courses, automatic resistance changes, and real-time feedback regarding miles traveled. It's easy to monitor your workout progress in other ways thanks to the LCD display, which accurately tracks your time, distance, calories, heart rate, watts, speed, and rpms.
Consistent with Diamondback's commitment to quality and value, the 910Ic includes such top-grade components as a 40-pound flywheel that allows users to build momentum and re-create the high rpm training techniques used by outdoor cyclists; a heavy-duty steel frame; a wireless heart-rate training feature. Adjustability is also a key factor in the overall design. The 910Ic includes up/down and fore/aft adjustments on the seat and handlebars, letting each user "set up" the cycle for his or her specific body size. And users will love the self-generating electronic resistance system, which lets you use the 910Ic out on the back deck or patio. Additional details include heavy-duty pedal cranks; a built-in water bottle cage; and a weight capacity of 325 pounds.
The 910Ic measures 23 by 46 by 42 inches (W x H x D), weighs 152 pounds, and carries the following warranties: lifetime on the frame and brake, three years on parts and electronics, one year on labor, and 90 days on wear items.

Worst purchase I have made. Bought the bike in Jan 2011. Used it for about 2 months. the spindle assembly broke. I contacted warranty support about 8 times so far and still have no idea of when it will be fixed. Stated that it is a clear product defect however I get a different answer every time I talk to someone on when it will be fixed. Now I hear that they are getting the parts from the manufacture in China. Seem to indicate that parts are backlogged several months. Worse experience i have had with a company and a warranty. Suppose to have been a lifetime warranty. I will never buy a product from this company again and would highly recommend that you buy another indoor cycle.

I received this as a gift from my wife. I had provided her with some basic specifications for a spin bike and she found this and ordered on-line. I won't go through the purchase experience as my intention is to provide a review of the product itself.
Use:
Most people who are looking for a basic exercise bike probably won't be interested in a spinning bike. Spin bikes are designed to operate much more like a real bike. If you are not already an avid cyclist (either road or mountain) then I would recommend you stick with a standard exercise bike. That is probably the first mistake people make when purchasing such an item. They don't understand the primary use or purpose. If you are looking for a sold trainer to keep you in shape for out on the outdoors, this spin bike is a nice machine. If you are looking for a basic cardio workout, consider one of the cheaper models.
Assembly:
It comes in a very large and very heavy box. The packing is well done...Read more

I have owned this product now for 2 months. Here is my current review based on my experience with this bike compared to the Spinner NXT and the Kaiser m3.
This bike has several advantages and disadvantages.
PROS:
Magnetic Resistance
Sturdy
CONS:
Poor transitioning between gears
Weak "maximum" gear.
Comments:
The bikes magnetic resistance is great in that you don't have to spin a nob and the resistance is consistent, so that the home user can gauge just how hard they are pushing themselves.
The bike is sturdy, I have not had any mechanical problems with it so far after 1-2 hours average daily use for 6 days of the week.
The cons for the bike is that the transitioning between gears, when you go from gear 20-21 for example, or any gear change, then the bike resets, goes to minimum resistance, and cranks back to the next gear. This is disorienting and when changing gear settings...Read more
