The Top Plate / Plate Holder gives you the ability to pile extra weight plates onto the BodyCraft F200 200 lb. Weight Stack if desired.

The BodyCraft F200 200 lb. Weight Stack adds the ability to increase in smaller than 10 pound increments.

$2/lb is a bit much but it's worth it if you want to switch exercises quickly or superset. You can add 200lbs of standard plates on the horizontal bars. The center rod angles slightly to the left which rubs the weights, making noise. Its a minor defect and I don't care, my other weights are rusty anyways...
