Just received this machine and it took me about 4 hrs to put together;I work slow and I wanted to make sure I put it together correctly. First I want to say that the machine is:Solid! No complaints on its construction. However; the base could have been just a bit wider for extra stability, but it is stable nonetheless, it just needs to be on carpet or a quality weight machine mat for extra stability due to its base not being extra wide. I put in my unfinished basement on concrete and it wobbled until I put a weight machine mat under it and then it was sturdy without any wobble or movement. Next; you can tell that this machine was really made for the weight assisted machine part. The reason for this is that the dip part has the small stands for your feet but they are very far in front for a comfortable knee raises. Meaning that when you do a knee raise and you are done you almost have to lunge forward to use the feet to get down. I assume this is because with the weight assisted...Read more |
